About our Teams - Part 2

Many of you had questions about our different teams and what they do so we'll give you a summary!


*These are all overall team tasks, they are split between all team members.

Stronger Together


Our stronger together team is responsible for:


  1. Help conceptualize, plan and run our weekly modules on monthly topics

  2. Running the weekly module discussion on discord

  3. Writing posts for promoting stronger together modules

Grad Chat


Our grad chat team is responsible for:

  1. Scheduling guests

  2. Overseeing takeovers

  3. Advertising episodes

  4. Hosting/tech support during shows

  5. Post-show audio/video editing and transcription.

IDEALs


Our IDEALS is responsible for:

  1. Creating standards

  2. Reviews and decide on the language used by PhD Balance

  3. Execute long-term goals (only privy to those on the team)

  4. Have one member on every PhD Balance team who elevates potential issues to IDEALS, if required.

 

These are just three of our teams, we the tasks of the other three yesterday! Each of these teams has several people on them and we are recruiting more so we can make PhD Balance bigger and better!
