Emotions are difficult - Happiness

Emotions can be difficult. We have 6 or 7 "base" emotions that could be described as individual icebergs, many different emotions can be hidden underneath each of them.

A graphic of an iceberg in the water with most of the iceberg below the water. The word happiness is written above the water and many different happy emotions/feelings are written below the water's surface. Written below the water are: Contented, Amused, Passionate, Cheerful, Pleased, Stimulating, Joyful, Interested, Satisfied, Ecstatic, Overjoyed, Hopeful, Optimistic, Relieved, Thrilled, Inspired, Excited, Creative, Elated, and Glad.
